All returns are valid for exchange only with the exception of receiving a damaged good or incorrect order.
1. Customers can be either fully refunded via Bank Transfer ONLY or receive an Electric Coupon that amounts to their total value of order if they have received a damaged item or an incorrect order. Delivery cost will be included in Bank Transfer and/or Electronic Coupon.
2. If customers have received damaged item/s, or have received an incorrect order you have within two (2) working days/ forty eight (48) hours, after the date and time you received your order to alert us. Please email us your Name, Contact Number and Invoice/Order Number or call us via 868-493-7194. Your Invoice/Order Number can be found at the top right hand corner of your electronic invoice.
3. The item/s must be returned to the return address listed on your package. Only when item/s are returned will customers refund/coupon be processed. Please allow five (5) days from the date MeliLyn Selections receives the returned item/s to receive your refund/coupon.
Please note that all items are checked before delivering to avoid these mishaps.
4. For all other types of returns there will be NO CASH RETURNS or ELECTRONIC COUPONS. Only exchanges will be facilitated. Customers have within two (2) days/ forty eight (48) hours, after the date and time you received your order to alert us. Please email us your Name, Contact Number and Invoice/Order Number or call us via 868-493-7194. Your Invoice/Order Number can be found at the top right hand corner of your electronic invoice.
5. Customers can exchange with other item/s instock of either of equal or greater value. If of greater value customers must pay the difference in advance. In order for ALL exchanges to be processed customers MUST pay in advance a 20% restocking fee and return the item/s to the return address listed on the package.
Please allow seven (7) working days from the date MeliLyn Selections receives the returned item/s and restocking fee to receive your exchanged item/s. ONLY if the customer desired exchange item is out of stock an electronic coupon will be issued to reflect the cost of your exchange item/s ONLY.
Absolutely no exchanges/refunds will be made on lashes or any type of under garments. This is due to hygienic implications.
MeliLyn Selections does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returns/exchanges.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days/48 hours of delivery date and time. (Note:If such items are not reported in a timely fashion, we will not issue store coupon or refund).
Exchange item/s request must be submitted within 2 days/48 hours of delivery date and time. (Note: If your request is not submitted in a timely fashion, we will not facilitate exchange request).
Return packages must include a completed return request form which will be emailed to you, copy of invoice and original packing slip (TTPOST Track Pack) to ensure processing.
Returned items or exchange request item/s must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all product tags attached and in original packaging. Returned and/or exchanged item/s showing any evidence of details above will deem your refund/exchange request null and void. Your return/exchange request would not be acknowledged.
Damaged Items: Should you receive a damaged item, please take a photo of the item which clearly displays the damage and email the photo to our Customer Care team (firstname.lastname@example.org) along with a description of the damaged item and your Order/Invoice Number. Once we receive your email and assess the damage, we will be in contact with you to determine the needed outcome.
Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items: Upon receiving your order, please thoroughly check the delivered items. Should you receive an item that is defective, incorrect, or you believe that you are missing an item: please email (email@example.com) within 2 days/48 hours of delivery date and time. Include a photo and description of the issue along with your Order/Invoice Number to ensure a speedy resolution.
No exchange/refund on sale items. All sale items are final.
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns: MeliLyn Selections reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns/refunds/exchanges from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, MeliLyn Selections reserves the right to refuse service online to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
Wardrobing & Excessive Returns: Our Customer Protection Team handles situations in which a customer return history may be indicative of fraudulent activity or wardrobing. In these situations, the Customer Protection Team will reach out to discuss the situation and work with you to either resolve the issue or determine if we need to refuse service going forward. While we never want to reject a customer, we must ensure the safety, welfare, and comfort of all customers throughout the country.
With regards to clothing and footwear customers are advised to please make use of ALL measurements provided for any specific item before placing an order. ‘MeliLyn Selections’ is an online boutique. We do not have change/fitting rooms. To compensate and ensure smooth shopping all measurements provided are very true to size. You are encouraged to use the measurements provided to identify your proper size/fit. Please be guided accordingly.
